A Weird Thing Happened to Me Today

I was walking to class and went to enter the doors to the OSH building. They were glass doors and there was an older couple next to them with their backs to me.

As I went to open the doors I found they were locked, and at that moment the couple started walking away. The guy turned around, and I was hoping he was going to open the door for me with a very simple push. He stopped, we made eye contact, and then he kept on walking.

One time, I was in line to get gas and all of the pumps were full. The lady at the pump I was waiting for finished, put the pump back, looked at me, and then walked inside to pay instead of moving her car. She was in there for five minutes and I couldn't move my car at all.

Sometimes people are idiots and suffer, I feel, from a problematic synaptical relay malfunction.

Also. Congratulations on turning 26 and listening to the Bouncing Souls. I myself had an examination of my dating life last night and became sad. Sometimes it hard to be Mormon and not married.

Maybe he was blind and heard the knock so turned toward the door. It just so happened he locked eyes with you out of sheer chance.

Or he had been suffering delusions and thought you were one. So instead of embarrasing himself by opening the door for potentially no one, he opted to ignore you.

Or he's a dink.
